A rapidly growing data sciences organization serving clients across geographies with a focus on Banking and Financial Services. Their expertise spans Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Predictive Analytics (AI/ML). With increasing demand for their services, they are expanding their team and seeking talented professionals to join them.

Position: Analyst / Business Analyst

Relevant experience: 2y to 5y

Job-location: Mumbai (Prefer candidates based in Mumbai)

Joining: Immediate to 15 days

CTC: Will be as per skillset and experience

Responsibilities

a) Solve business problems using core data-science skills, including:

(i) SQL for data querying and visualisation

(ii) Business Intelligence tools (Tableau proficiency)

(iii) Programming languages (Python)

b) Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

c) Contribute as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively within project teams.

d) Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements (Must Have)

a) 2yr+ hands-on experience with SQL with proficiency in data visualization and querying.

b) 2yr+ hands-on experience with Tableau in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards

c) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

d) Client-focused mindset with professionalism in delivery.

e) Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail.

f) Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements (Good to Have)

a) Proficiency in Python is a plus.

b) Exposure to Machine Learning

c) Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

d) Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

BE/BTech in CS or IT or AI

OR

MSc(Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Operations Research)
