About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Operations & Analyst professional to support the day-to-day operations of our US Stocks business under Groww IFSC. This role will be responsible for business monitoring, operational execution, customer grievance management, and ensuring critical business metrics remain within defined thresholds.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Business Monitoring & Operations
Track and monitor daily business volumes, transaction values, and key operational metrics
Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting of business performance
Identify deviations, exceptions, or breaches in key metrics and proactively escalate them to relevant stakeholders
Stakeholder Coordination & Issue Resolution
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and restore metrics to expected levels
Drive timely closure of operational incidents and track corrective actions
Ensure smooth execution of established operational processes and controls
