About the role
1-3 years Proficient in CSR24 and Applied EPIC applications, with expertise in ACORD25 Certificates of Insurance, ACORD27/28 Evidence of Property Insurance, Loss Runs, Endorsements, Policy Checking/Review, MVRs, and Renewals. Skilled in creating and updating templates, including assigning account manager names for streamlined operations. Accurately issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD forms 24, 25, 27) using Applied EPIC and CSR24, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements. Enhance productivity in a night-shift environment by maintaining efficiency and accuracy under strict deadlines. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, efficiency targets, and deadlines to consistently deliver error-free outcomes. Conduct thorough policy reviews, manage template renewals, extract endorsements, and dispatch renewal certificates to clients promptly. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect regulatory changes and operational updates, ensuring process consistency. Provide effective troubleshooting and resolution of process-related queries, meeting defined turnaround times and quality standards. Handle customer inquiries related to policy coverage and premium calculations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Deliver process-specific training for new hires and develop cross-training plans for internal teams on CSR24 and EPIC applications. Actively participate in team activities and initiatives to encourage a collaborative team approach. Adhere to the WNS values. Actively support the Leader, assisting team members through technical skills. Demonstrate proficiency Certificate of insurance on CSR24 Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals; accreditations considered an advantage. Skilled in managing issuance,(Policy, Certificates, Auto Id cards) renewals, and compliance-driven processes with accuracy and efficiency. Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting, and data alignment. Working knowledge of MS Word for documentation, reporting, and process manuals. Ability to create and maintain process maps, updated DPMs, and operational documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Sound decision-making capability, leveraging customer history and process knowledge without over-reliance on manuals. Strong grasp of upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless workflow integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate queries and responses clearly. Skilled in stakeholder communication, client engagement, and escalation handling. Ability to manage and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes. Effective time management and organizational skills to consistently meet strict deadlines.
