We are looking for a Manager of Professional Services to join our team. This is a US-based Remote [preference given to applicants located in the Central Time Zone] role, reporting to the Director of Professional Services AMS in the Professional Services department. You will lead the Americas Central services delivery and post-sales deployment programs for our clients. In this role, you’ll oversee a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers, ensuring customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of our cloud security solutions.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Lead and manage a technical team of consultants and project managers responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support in the AMS Central Region

Own the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the team to ensure high-quality delivery

Manage cross-functional relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support to drive successful deployments

Participate in long-term planning and strategic decision-making with global partners, including PS Sales and Practice leads

Drive operational excellence through process improvement, tooling, and the effective management of KPIs to enhance automation and reduce manual effort
