We are looking for a Program Specialist, Talent Intelligence to join our team. This is a hybrid capacity out of San Jose, CA (3 times a week), or remotely across the US role, reporting to the Director, TA Enablement & Operations in the TA Enablement & Operations department. In this role, you will blend a curiosity for recruiting with data analytics to map the global talent landscape and deliver the insights needed to fuel our hiring strategies. Working hand-in-hand with our Head of Talent Intelligence, you will synthesize complex information to support our general and administrative teams and provide a strong foundation for our company's growth.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Dive deep into market research to craft comprehensive talent intelligence reports that provide clear insights and support the strategic needs of Recruiting Leadership

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to map global talent pools, focusing on competitor intelligence, skill trends, and labor market dynamics

Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to guide hiring strategies, optimize sourcing methods, and drive OKR success

Synthesize complex datasets into clean, intuitive narratives and visual dashboards for senior stakeholders
