About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to help us build and support voice AI agents serving customers in the United States.

This role combines two areas:

Testing and improving Spanish-language voice AI agents

Providing customer support for live deployments during US business hours (Pacific Time)

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Customer teams to ensure our AI agents deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

[QA] Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality

[QA] Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions

[QA] Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues

[QA] Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance

[Support] Support a few dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests

[Support] Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

[Support] Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities

[Support] Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers

What We're Looking For

Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)

Strong written and spoken English

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations

Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies

Experience working with US-ba
