Staff Engineer, Industrial Automation

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience: 5.5+ years

Strong expertise in Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems

Hands-on experience with PLC Programming and System Integration, preferably Siemens TIA Portal

Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet)

Experience with WinCC OA scripting, Python, or similar languages

Understanding of Industrial Networking, OT environments, and cybersecurity

Experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting

Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and configure WinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions

Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks

Execute system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities

Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues

Prepare technical documentation including design, testing, and implementation documents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and OT cybersecurity guidelines

Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
