are actively distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' application.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Hunter Account Director to drive net-new enterprise
business for Pi Commerce. This is a pure hunting role focused entirely on acquiring large
enterprise logos, owning complex end-to-end sales cycles, and driving meaningful revenue
growth.
Operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and customer engagement, you will be responsible for
positioning a highly differentiated platform directly to CXOs and executive leadership teams
across a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle — from initial prospecting and discovery to
commercial negotiation and closure.
Drive new logo acquisition aggressively across large enterprises (BFSI, Retail, Telecom,
Healthcare, etc.).
Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline through outbound hunting, professional
networking, and strategic account mapping.
Lead CXO-level conversations, masterfully articulating business value propositions around
AI-led customer engagement.
Conduct deep, consultative discovery to thoroughly understand client challenges across
engagement, retention, and communication systems.
Collaborate closely with internal Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to architect
tailored technical solutions and custom demos.
Lead RFP/RFQ responses, comprehensive proposal development, and high-value
contract/commercial negotiations.
Position Pi Commerce strategically as a large-scale business transformation platform,
distinct from transactional messaging or simple campaign tools.
Maintain absolute CRM discipline, ensuring highly accurate revenue forecasting and clear
pipeline hygiene.
Represent Paytm at major industry events, critical client summits, and high-profile strategic
forums.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of elite track record in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / MarTech / AI platform
enterprise sales.
Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals characterized by multi-
stakeholder structures and extended sales cycles.
