Dr.Reddy’s Forum for Health Education (DRFHE)

Enabling better patient-care in the multi-dimensional healthcare industry, Dr. Reddy’s Forum for Health Education (DRFHE) touches all stakeholders in the healthcare delivery chain through its various initiatives. DRFHE’s efforts are focused in three areas – Training, Awareness and Dietlogues. The Training vertical of DRFHE concentrates on enhancing interpersonal skills of healthcare stakeholders to facilitate world class patient care. The Awareness vertical attempts to reduce the looming non-communicable disease epidemic by reaching out to i) corporate employees, ii) students/teachers/parents, iii) residents of housing societies/RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations) creating awareness, resulting in disease prevention. The Dietlogues vertical provides clinical dietary consultation to patients on recommendation of physicians.

Reporting To: Lead of AFL Partnership

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Role Band: I1

Purpose:

To build, develop and maintain partnership with major corporates/conglomerates/chambers of commerce/public sector undertakings, schools/colleges and universities, housing societies for the deployment of Awareness for Life programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a stream of partners (Corporates/schools/colleges/RWAs etc) through engagement with key stakeholders

Ensure calendarization of programs at the partner organizations

Guide partners on weaving wellness in their health and wellbeing strategy

Increase the reach to more corporates and increase the frequency of programs

Administration and error-free execution of AFL programs at the partner organization

Participate in seminars/conferences and propagate the AFL programs to delegates

Ensure proper engagement of stakeholders before and after AFL

Reach out to health ambassadors – doctors and point of contact from partners

Qualitative and quantitative impact assessment and reporting of the programs

Participate in live programs and do quality checks and gather insights

Ethnographic research to gather insights and suggest improvement

Risk management in case of cancellation and postponement

Maintaining proper database of all our partners and update it as per changes

Operating Network:

Internal: Connect with field colleagues PSR, ASM, RM on a daily basis and with SMs & DHs as and when need be. Collaborate with PMT/Corporate Communications & SCM for specific requirements.

External : Interface with corporates/industry bodies/chambers of commerce/ministry of health officials

Professional Knowledge and Experience

A degree in pharmacy/medicine/science

Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology from institutions like TISS/XLRI

2-3 years’ experience in training & development or healthcare will be preferable

More than 3 years of experience of working with various corporates is desirable

Having worked in any industry body like CII/FICCI
