About the Team:

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst to support our sales teams in day to day execution of key deals. This role will serve as a partner to Account Executives and Account Managers; working with them to build quotes, execute contracts, and review redlines. The ideal candidate has experience working in a deal desk role for a SAAS company.

Who you are:

2+ years of experience in deal desk or contract management in a SaaS or technology environment.

Understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures.

Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pushback in challenging situations.

What You’ll Do

Deal Structuring & Review

Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes

Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling, and multi-year "ramp" deals.

Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring all necessary stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance) sign off on exceptions.
