What you will be Doing

As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving gross margins through detailed analysis of billings, costs, systems, tools, processes, and metrics. A solid understanding of financial and operational metrics for the Customer Experience Business Unit, as well as operational processes including inventory management, repairs, and vendor management, is essential for this role.

What you will bring to ChargePoint

- Owning the forecasting of the Services P&L.

- Supporting and driving continuous improvements through data analytics to identify areas for margin enhancement.

- Working with the services leadership team to identify and implement operational efficiencies and process optimizations.

- Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to execute strategy and resolve issues.

- Reporting metrics and maintaining dashboards.

- Enabling and supporting discount reporting.

- Establishing strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Finance or Business Operations within a customer experience function in a technology-oriented industry.

Experience in P&L forecasting.

Strong business acumen and analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in gross margin and profitability.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
