THE ROLE

At Everpure, we’re redefining the data experience. We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help operationalize and support our SKU management processes from within the Supply Chain organization. This role is critical in ensuring that SKU management activities are executed accurately and on time for our product lifecycle milestones such as new product introduction (NPI), sustaining commercial updates, and End-of-Sale (EOS).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Business Systems Analyst – SKU Lifecycle Management, your focus will be on execution, data accuracy, and operational support. You will be responsible for ensuring that new product configurations and updates are implemented cleanly in our CPQ tools in alignment with product launches, and deprecating products in alignment with Everpure’s End-of-Sales process.

Support the execution and validation of SKU configurations in partnership with Product Management and other Supply Chain teams.

Own the accuracy and completeness of the seller experience provided by our SKU configurations.

As the owner of the seller's SKU experience, you will collaborate with Product Management teams to guide best practices for configuring new products.

Update product attribute data and deprecate products in alignment with sustaining and end-of-sales lifecycle milestones.

Manage testing environments and perform hands-on testing and deployment activities for new SKUs, bundles, and pricing structures across Everpure’s business architecture.

Resolve live-deal escalations on SKU configuration issues impacting orderability or seller experience.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of experience in a CPQ operations, business systems, or product data management role, ideally in a hardware or supply chain-driven company.

Hands-on experience working with CPQ and ERP systems (Salesforce CPQ/Oracle CPQ, and SAP/Netsuite) in an execution or support capacity.

Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to testing, data validation, and deployment.

Familiarity with product configuration structures, SKU setup, and how CPQ connects to supply chain and order management systems.

Experience supporting SKU-related initiatives (e.g., product launch readiness, pricing changes, SKU rollout, or SKU decommission) across hardware, software subscriptions, and service products.
