Core Responsibilities
Advanced Reporting & Trend Analysis: Generate, maintain, and analyze complex HR reports to identify workforce trends. Translate raw data into actionable insights that support high-level strategic decision-making.
Market Benchmarking: Actively participate in annual compensation surveys and conduct targeted research into external market data. This ensures the organization’s pay practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Compensation Cycle Support: Provide data-centric assistance during the administration of annual compensation plans. This includes rigorous data validation, auditing, and report generation for merit and bonus cycles.
Ad-Hoc Analytical Support: Respond to diverse data requests from leadership and provide analytical muscle to special HR projects across various functions.
Data Integrity & Auditing: Support continuous efforts to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data. Perform regular system audits and suggest process improvements to maintain high-integrity data across all platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience required in Compensation Analyst or Compensation & Benefits Administration
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and preferred experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, or SAP).
Analytical Ability: Strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and the ability to find "the story" within the numbers.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and auditing, as compensation data directly impacts payroll and legal compliance.
