About the role
About The Team:
Come join our growing Corporate IT team to architect and scale the technology foundation that powers Dynamic Work for our employees. As a Corporate IT Architect, you will focus on designing and evolving a secure, automated, and scalable internal IT ecosystem that delivers world-class technology experiences across our workforce and workspaces.
This role centers on building resilient systems and operational maturity across Service Desk, Endpoint Engineering, Collaboration Platforms, and AV environments. You will drive proactive architectural improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement automation-first strategies — all while maintaining a strong commitment to security, governance, and employee experience.
As part of a globally distributed IT organization, you will partner closely with Security, Engineering, HR, and Finance to design standards, integrations, and lifecycle management frameworks that enable scale. This position is strategic yet hands-on — ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex systems problems, using data to guide decisions, and building sustainable solutions rather than reacting to tickets.
Our goal is to ensure employees have a seamless, secure, and highly productive technology experience — by design, not by accident.
What you’ll do:
Define and maintain the target-state architecture for Corporate IT systems.
Architect and mature Service Desk processes (incident, request, problem, change) with automation and self-service at the core.
Implement AI Service Desk using LLMs and Virtual Agents for intelligent ticket routing, automated triage, and instant user resolution.
Engineer end-to-end automation frameworks that transform manual support interventions into "self-healing" workflows
Design modern endpoint management strategy across macOS and Windows using Jamf and Intune
Establish patching, compliance, and configuration baselines with measurable enforcement.
Own architecture and governance for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and conference room AV systems.
Work with partner teams to automate onboarding/offboarding workflows across integrated systems.
Partner with Security to implement zero-trust principles and maintain audit readiness.
Drive API-first integrations across platforms to reduce manual intervention.
Rationalize tooling, manage vendor strategy, and optimize spend.
Lead escalations and provide architectural oversight for complex cross-platform issues.
Document standards, integration patterns, and lifecycle management strategies
Experience you’ll need:
10+ years in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Architecture roles within distributed or high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
Strong administrative and architectural experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SaaS ecosystems.
Experience designing zero-touch device lifecycle management programs.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD, or equ
