Role Overview

This role is a high-impact Executive Assistant position that operates as a Technical Chief of Staff to the CTO &

Co-Founder. The individual will act as the CTO’s execution layer—translating vision into action, identifying technical

and process gaps, driving delivery across engineering and DevOps teams, and serving as a technical advisor when

required.

Key Responsibilities

CTO Execution & Strategic Support: Convert discussions into technical documents, architecture notes, design

specs, and roadmaps. Track CTO priorities and ensure execution alignment.

Technical & Platform Understanding: Build deep understanding of ZeroMoblt’s event-driven architecture,

DevOps stack, and observability systems. Identify loopholes and risks.

Agile, Program & Delivery Management: Oversee Agile processes, delegate tasks, manage dependencies, and

act as Program Manager when required.

DevOps & Operational Oversight: Overlook CI/CD, infrastructure stability, environment management, and cost

monitoring. Bridge engineering and DevOps teams.

Communication & Task Management: Own CTO email triage, task tracking, follow-ups, and executive-level

communication.

Technical Advisory & Stakeholder Support: Participate in architecture discussions, client and investor calls, and

prepare technical narratives.

Events & External Execution: Organize demos, events, pitches, and ensure technical readiness and execution

excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management. Experience

with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Agile execution. Exceptional communication skills and

proven ability to work directly with senior leadership.

Personality & Mindset

Founder-level ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, strong execution bias, systems thinking, and ability to

challenge technical decisions constructively.
