ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Our Investor Services team is a core part of Juniper Square’s Fund Administration business, responsible for delivering investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury services to private markets fund managers globally. We partner closely with our clients to operationalize complex investor workflows and deliver scalable, high-quality service across the investor lifecycle.

We are seeking a Director of Investor Services to lead a portfolio of client relationships and oversee globally distributed teams responsible for investor operations, AML, and treasury execution. In this role, you will lead managers and service delivery teams across multiple client pods, drive operational excellence, support the evolution of our operating model, and partner cross-functionally to help scale one of the fastest growing areas of the business.
