We're looking for a Director, Benefits – Americas to own the strategy, build, financial management, and delivery of our benefits and wellbeing programs across the Americas, with a main focus on the United States.

This is a critical, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of employee experience, financial discipline, and operational perfection. You'll be the driving force behind modern, competitive, and efficient benefit programs — managing vendor partnerships, leading all aspects of retirement and leave strategies, and building a culture of wellbeing that genuinely supports our people.

You'll serve as a key partner to Total Rewards, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors as we continue evolving our benefits ecosystem, driving cost savings, and scaling compliant, outstanding administration.

What You'll Get to Do

Benefits Strategy and Financial Management: Own end-to-end benefits strategy for the Americas, leading the build and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs. Drive multi-year cost strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and savings opportunities, in close partnership with Finance

Vendor and Consultant Management: Lead strategic relationships with vendors, brokers, and carriers — owning governance, contract negotiations, RFPs, performance metrics, and driving consolidation and innovation

Retirement and Administration: Own strategy, build, and administration of Americas retirement programs, including the U.S. 401(k). Serve on the 401(k) Committee, manage plan operations, ensure ERISA compliance, and drive improvements in participation and retirement readiness

U.S. Leaves Strategy and Administration: Own build and administration of U.S. leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave, and more), ensuring regulatory compliance and a seamless employee experience

Wellbeing and Program Innovation: Build well-rounded wellbeing programs across physical, mental, financial, and emotional health. Measure impact, drive engagement, and develop communication strategies that bring benefits to life

Governance, Compliance & Operations: Lead compliance across all Americas benefits programs (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and beyond). Maintain governance, documentation, and controls while partnering with HR Technology and Operations to keep processes
