The Rubrik Cloud Native Protection team helps customers secure their data on the cloud. Cloud data is growing at an ever growing pace and so are the risks with cyber attacks targeted towards cloud data. We make it easy for businesses to protect, search, analyze all of their cloud data simply and scalably.

Some recent/ongoing projects include:
Azure Blob protection and Ransomware detection handling scale of hundreds of millions of objects
Delivering platform security for major enterprises applying security best practices to help our customers with Rubrik as a last line of defense
Developing a platform for protecting relational PaaS databases across clouds
What you’ll do
Lead engineering team to build and drive the roadmap for the release workflows of our world class SaaS and on-premise products with execution focussed on high quality (scalability, reliability & security)
Provide technical guidance to the team to solve complex challenges.
Derive and drive the roadmap with key stakeholders
You’ll diagnose and resolve obstacles that prevent your team from delivering quality software
You’ll champion an atmosphere of continuous improvement, customer first focus and excellence
You are a first principles thinker who can help the team tackle complex technical problems
You distill complex and ambiguous situations into actionable plans for your team
You represent the customers’ perspectives, you plan for how they will be impacted by the services you build, and you always work to enable their success
Lead and grow a team of passionate engineers that are part of a larger team in India
Provide support and guidance that enables the team to self-organize and to achieve sustained high velocity and predictability
Help employees grow through career development, coaching, and mentoring
You'll provide a clear path for progression for the team through personal development plans, defining goals, performing evaluations, and collaborating with employees on their objectives
Experience you’ll need
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the software industry, including significant hands-on experience in developing and successfully delivering enterprise-grade products as both an individual contributor and a manager.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading and managing teams of software or systems engineers with a strong track record of successfully delivering high-quality enterprise product releases.
Experience hiring, building top talent teams
Experience in delivering enterprise-quality scalable distributed system
