This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic. A relocation package is provided.
THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager in the DX Enterprise Features organization, you will lead the teams powering central authentication and identity capabilities for the Pure1 Platform. You will guide a senior engineering group responsible for the Pure1 IAM services that unify how customers and partners securely access our global cloud ecosystem. By bridging the gap between complex security requirements and intuitive user experiences, your mission is to ensure every interaction with Pure1 is seamless, secure, and built for global scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Platform Strategy: Own the execution of Pure1 IAM identity and SSO configurations across cloud applications like Pure1®, ensuring high availability for services on the critical path of every user interaction.
Scale Enterprise Access: Evolve our identity and contact models to support complex multi-tenant hierarchies, enabling least-privilege access and scalable role management for large-scale enterprise fleets.
Cultivate Technical Excellence: Grow and mentor a team of senior engineers, establishing high architectural standards and a culture where security, reliability, and delivery speed reinforce one another.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Security, and GTM teams to ship capabilities that simplify customer onboarding and compliance while reducing friction in the authentication journey.
Optimize Operational Health: Define and act on key performance indicators including authentication success rates, SSO adoption, and system latency to stay ahead of evolving regulatory and customer demands.
WHAT YOU BRING
Engineering Leadership: Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams through the entire SDLC, with a focus on shipping high-impact products and retaining top-tier engineering talent; strong performance management track record required
Software Delivery & SDLC: Technical background in software development—specifically back-end and cloud services—with the ability to manage products from initial concept through delivery while incorporating customer feedback.
Strategic Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals while managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and complex timelines.
Customer & Excellence Focus: A deep commitment to engineering excellence and security, coupled with a focus on customer needs and the ability to communicate and influence effectively under pressure.
Communication Clarity: A clear communicator and influent
