Impact In This Role

As a Salesforce engineering leader at Fictiv, you will build and manage high-performing teams by making strategic, culture-aligned hiring decisions and using data to optimize capacity. You’ll foster an environment of ownership and continuous learning, coaching Scrum teams in Agile excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

By bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution, you will define a clear technical vision, manage complex integrations, and partner with Architects to modernize the roadmap while reducing tech debt. Ultimately, you take full accountability for engineering deliverables, ensuring they are scalable, on schedule, and held to the highest standards of quality and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and take ownership of the Salesforce engineering team and drive excellence.

Brainstorm ideas of how to improve training, process, hiring, etc

Participate in your team’s coaching, personal development, performance management, and career growth.
