About the Role
We’re looking for two (2) execution-focused Facilities Coordinators to support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple locations in a specific region (East or West). This role is designed to ensure our buildings are running smoothly by managing tickets, coordinating vendors, maintaining documentation, and supporting proactive facilities work.
This is a process-driven role focused on accuracy, follow-through, and operational efficiency. Each Facilities Coordinator will support ~5–6 locations and act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related needs in their region.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket & Issue Management
Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related issues in your region
Manage the ticket queue: prioritize, assign, track, and close tickets
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex or urgent issues to the Facilities Manager
Vendor Coordination
Schedule and manage vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other services
Ensure work is completed to standard and in a timely manner
Maintain vendor contacts and support sourcing for new vendors when needed
Market-Level Facilities Support
Support 5–6 locations within your region
Help drive proactive facility work including maintenance, organization, and improvements
Partner with location teams to ensure buildings are operating effectively
Documentation & Organization
Keep facility records, vendor contacts, and location information organized and up to date
Maintain simple, consistent documentation across all locations
Administrative & Project Support
Support the Facilities Manager with reporting, tracking, and project work
Assist with larger facilities initiatives as needed
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in facilities coordination, operations, or property management
Experience managing vendor relationships and handling maintenance requests
Comfortable with tracking systems, ticketing software, or CRM-like platforms
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Working Style
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing repeatable workflows and checklists
Strong written and verbal communication
Able to work independently while escalating issues appropriately

Vendors are responsive and managed effectively
