About the role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Fieldwork Coordinator:
The fieldwork coordinator responsibilities listed below are inclusive but not limited to
Support and execute sampling and fieldwork plan as agreed with Project Manager, including screener review for allocated projects
Execute end to end project related tasks which include (but not exclusively) link setup, link testing, language requests, custom recruitment activities, set up, quality checks and delivery of study invitations via custom tools and manage exclusion lists
Manage reminder campaigns in line with respective divisional guidelines
Handle incentive management of group panel resources strictly adhering to laid out guidelines/matrix of each division
Ensure projects and tasks allocated are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client/PM
Setup or review Dynamic Audience on allocated projects to ensure that relevant sample is invited
Address Project Managers and other stakeholders’ requests in timely manner
Attend meetings (IKO/KOC) with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood
Takes notes and fill checklists during key meetings and share them with the attendees afterwards
Build, update and track customized fielding plans for all projects as needed
Proactively seek alternative fieldwork strategies and find solutions to address response rates
Track, monitor and report on custom recruitment performance
Alert the Project Manager of a project when a fieldwork strategy is failing, when the project is getting off track or there is a quality concern, and work together to find alternative solutions
Design and request multichannel recruitment methodologies (custom recruitment) for allocated projects, which could include (but not exclusively) email campaigns, calling, mining, SMS services, and Social Media
Assist with training to new team members and participate on process changes/decisions when requested
Setup, Manage and control of the partners on quantitative/qualitative projects throughout the life cycle of the project, ensuring that M360 achieves and exceeds client’s expectations
Have an excellent understanding of the MRS platforms and dynamic audience, emailing and reporting tools to ensure they are used to the best of their capabilities in supporting project deliverability
Act as back up fieldwork coordinator when the assigned person is off/absence and provide support to PMs as needed
Strong expertise in Market Research Services focusing on Healthcare Vertical and consumer experience
Strong Knowledge of Excel, Word, and any programming language would be added advantage
Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to work beyond working hours to achieve deadline when necessary to keep client satisfaction high
