About the role
The AGI Business Unit finance team is hiring a senior IC to own topline forecasting and gross margin analysis. This role directly supports weekly leadership reviews, customer profitability decisions, and commercial strategy.
You'll work closely with US-based FP&A, sales, and delivery teams, operating in a fast-moving, data-imperfect environment where judgment matters as much as accuracy.
What you'll own
Weekly revenue forecast, end-to-end. Pulling pipeline from multiple, often inconsistent sources, reconciling delivery status across systems, and building the file used in weekly leadership review.
Project-level margin tracking. Variance to plan, on-demand project P&Ls, and proactive flagging of margin compression.
Customer profitability cadence. Margin trend, mix shift, and the attribution work that informs how we price and resource what comes next.
Data integrity. The BU margin model is the system of record for our P&L. Catching issues before they reach leadership is essential.
What we're looking for
Approximately 10 years of FP&A experience, with meaningful time in a project-based services environment (consulting, IT services, AI services, agency, or similar)
Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets at a level where complex multi-sheet models are second nature. You can build, audit, and reverse-engineer someone else's model without supervision
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (or a comparable ERP) and Salesforce
Direct hands-on experience owning revenue forecasting and gross margin analysis
An obsessive eye for detail. Our bar: reconcile to the cent before sending a file, and flag data anomalies rather than smoothing past them
Clear written communication. Your assumptions, methodology, and caveats need to be legible without you in the room
Comfort working with US-based stakeholders, with coverage until noon Pacific time
Nice to have
CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA from a strong institution
Experience with Bob Finance (formerly Mosaic), Anaplan, Pigment, or a comparable planning tool
AI proficiency
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting practice and policies
Prior experience reporting into US-based finance leadership
