The Role

As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founding Team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across both Product (BotPenguin) and Services Divisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to startup operations, strategy, technology, and growth.

You’ll act as a key enabler in executing strategic projects, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting business decision-making.

What you need for this role

* Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience: 0–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, startup strategy, or similar cross-functional roles.

* Skills Required:

* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

* Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong business acumen.

What you will be doing

* Work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team to plan, track, and execute key business strategies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to streamline processes and ensure alignment.

* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

* Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

* Drive execution of special projects and new initiatives across both divisions.

* Assist in optimizing internal processes and developing standard operating procedures.

* Support leadership in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives when required.

* Take ownership of confidential, high-impact projects as deemed fit by the Founders.
