About the role
THE POSITION: At EVERSANA, our integrated life sciences compliance (LSC) team is taking a leading role in helping some of the most scientifically advanced BioPharma, Medical Device and other Life Sciences organizations around the world to innovate novel therapies for rare, ultra-rare and critical therapeutic areas including Oncology, Neurology, Immuno-oncology, Immunology etc. We do this through offering Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory & Quality services to these clients. The Global PV Solutions Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end solutioning and pursuit management across global Pharmacovigilance opportunities spanning services, technology, AI, and platform-led solutions. This role partners with Business Unit leadership, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Subject Matter Experts to convert leads into qualified opportunities, shape deal strategy, develop differentiated solutions, and drive high-quality proposals and client presentations to win business. This person will also collaborate very closely with other leaders within the Compliance Business Unit, Commercial Teams and other Business Units including Patient services, Market Access, Engage, Field solutions, 3PL, Data & Analytics and Management consulting for identifying and supporting/driving newer, complete and integrated opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opportunity Shaping & Lead ConversionSupport lead generation efforts with Sales and BU leadership
Participate in early client discussions to shape opportunities
Converting marketing and sales leads to qualified opportunities
Identify client needs across PV services, AI, automation, and platforms
Define win themes and solution positioning early in pursuit cycle
Drive qualification framework (fit, value, competitiveness, risk)
End-to-End Pursuit ManagementOwn the solutioning workstream across the entire deal lifecycle
Partner with BU Head and Sales to drive opportunity strategy
Coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery, technology, quality, and SMEs
Define solution architecture (services, FSP, hybrid, tech-enabled, AI-driven models)
Manage pursuit timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and delivery feasibility
RFI / RFP Response LeadershipLead end-to-end RFI and RFP response development
Analyze requirements and define response strategy
Develop structured, differentiated, and high-quality responses
Collaborate with SMEs to craft domain-specific content
Ensure compliance with client instructions and evaluation criteria
Maintain consistency, messaging clarity, and solution differentiation
Proposal Development & Quality OwnershipOwn overall proposal structure, storyline, and messaging
Write executive summaries and value propositions
Develop solution narratives across PV services and technology
Ensure proposals are compelling, differentiated, and client-focused
Drive proposal reviews and quality assurance
Ensure consistency
