GST & TDS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance to manage and resolve enterprise client queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on tax compliance knowledge along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enterprise client queries related to:GST filings

TDS provisions, deductions, returns & compliance

Provide advisory-level clarification on GST & TDS applicability.

Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for issue resolution.

Ensure high client satisfaction and timely query resolution.

Maintain proper documentation of client communications.

Support compliance-related escalations.

Preferred Background

Experience in SaaS-based compliance platforms.

Exposure to enterprise clients.

Experience in tax-tech companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in GST & TDS compliance.

Strong understanding of:GST Act & Rules

TDS provisions under Income Tax Act

GST reconciliation

Experience working with CA firms / Tax consulting firms / SaaS compliance platforms preferred.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Client handling experience is mandatory.
