About the Role

Sarvam On-Device AI is built for enterprise and OEM deployments where data sovereignty, edge performance, and deep workflow integration are the differentiators. We're looking for a GTM Manager to own the go-to-market motion for On-Device AI as an individual contributor — from growth strategy and demand generation to partner ecosystem development and sales enablement.

This is a hands-on, quota-aware role. You'll work directly with enterprise accounts, OEM and PC hardware partners, and internal product and engineering teams to drive adoption and build a repeatable GTM engine for on-device AI in India and beyond.

You will co-own the most ambitious on-device AI problem in India building sovereign models that run at the silicon level across devices. You will be embedded with silicon partners like Qualcomm, Intel, HP, Apple, NVIDIA etc turning research breakthroughs into production-grade optimisations that serve 1.5b indians at http://1.at min latency. You will architect the GTM motion from tuning to agentic orchestration and client deployment, this is not a feature team, it is a platform-defining role. What You'll Do

• Own and execute the GTM strategy for Sarvam On-Device AI across enterprise and OEM channels

• Drive demand generation — campaigns, outbound, events, and digital channels — to build a qualified pipeline

• Enable sales and solution consulting teams with positioning, battle cards, objection handling, and technical proof points

• Build and manage the partner ecosystem, including OEM, PC hardware, and system integrator relationships

• Conduct competitive intelligence on the on-device AI and PC/hardware AI landscape and translate findings into actionable GTM positioning

• Own CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility in Salesforce or HubSpot; use data to track and improve funnel performance

• Work with product to align roadmap messaging with enterprise buyer needs and partner requirements

• Identify and develop new routes to market, including channel partnerships and co-sell motions with OEMs

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of GTM, sales, or business development experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or the PC/hardware industry

• Strong track record in growth strategy and demand generation — building pipeline from scratch in a new or emerging product category
