About the Team
We operate as strategic partners to regional GTM leaders, bringing deep market knowledge, candidate insight, and process rigor to every search we take on.
The Opportunity
As our GTM Recruiter based in Singapore, you will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the APAC region, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to build out Postman's commercial presence in APAC while working closely with regional and global leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across APAC — including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, and Partners — from role scoping through offer and close.
Partner with APAC GTM leaders and People Business Partners to develop hiring plans, define success profiles, and align talent strategy with regional business objectives.
Build proactive sourcing pipelines tailored to APAC markets, leveraging local job platforms, professional networks, and community channels to identify and engage top GTM talent.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process, acting as a credible ambassador for Postman's culture, mission, and opportunity in the region.
Manage multiple concurrent requisitions with a high degree of organization, transparency, and urgency — keeping all stakeholders informed through regular pipeline reporting.
Partner with Compensation and People teams to structure competitive offers that reflect APAC market norms and close top candidates in competitive situations.
Contribute to regional and global TA initiatives, including interviewer calibration, DEI hiring strategies, and employer brand activation in key APAC markets.
About You
9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5-6 years focused on GTM or commercial roles (Sales, CS, Solutions, Marketing) in the APAC region.
Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets, particularly in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, or India — with a network in the GTM/SaaS space.
