Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Tekion CRM Product Team. In this role, you will own and evolve core CRM capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can balance long-term platform thinking with near-term execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own Product Strategy & Outcomes
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core Tekion CRM capabilities - from discovery and definition to launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals, customer needs, and platform vision.
Drive Business Impact
Drive adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction for Tekion CRM, with clear accountability for usage, conversion, and customer outcomes.
Partner with GTM and Customer Success teams to ensure features translate into real dealer value.
Customer-Centric Product Development
Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding dealership workflows, sales processes, and lifecycle needs.
Continuously gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define success metrics and KPIs for your product areas.
Use data to prioritize investments, evaluate trade-offs, and guide iteration post-launch.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Align stakeholders across product verticals to ensure roadmap coherence and platform consistency.
Platform & Scale Thinking
Design solutions that scale across dealership sizes, regions, and OEM requirements.
