Role Overview: The Product Manager – Customer App is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and enhancement of the OEM’s customer-facing mobile and web applications. This role ensures that all app features — from vehicle purchase to ownership and service — deliver a consistent, engaging, and data-driven user experience aligned with the brand’s digital strategy.
