Impact in this role:

The Logistics Specialist – US / Night Shift is responsible for supporting Fictiv’s US International Import logistics operations, including international courier shipment coordination through carriers such as UPS and FedEx, customs documentation review, carrier communication, import/export compliance support, and shipment tracking.

This role works closely with carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipment execution, efficient issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction while supporting US business operations during night shift hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations through carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and clearance-related issues.

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution.

Review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications, and supporting customs documentation.

Follow up with carrier brokerage teams regarding entry corrections, duty-related issues, and shipment escalations.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve shipment and billing issues.

Maintain shipment tracking records, shipment visibility updates, and operational reporting.

Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS).
