ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion's EMEA Marketing team is growing and evolving. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us and drive pipeline contribution — someone who can drive demand across multiple channels, with a deep instinct for customer problems and a practical approach to scaling their impact.
The Marketing Specialist (Growth and Demand) will plan and execute multi-channel programmes that generate and convert pipeline across email and social, while adapting campaigns for regional audiences in language and in context.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Deeply understand real customer problems
- Understand what prospects and customers are trying to achieve, where they get stuck, and what messaging actually moves them
- Ensure both prospect and customer journeys are reflected across programs and campaigns
- Contribute to sales pipeline
- Design and deliver multi-channel marketing programmes across digital channels to engage and convert prospects at scale
- Create compelling assets that drive prospect and customer engagement to a desired outcome
- Use AI tools and workflows
- Test, learn, and optimise continuously — running experiments to improve engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact across channels
- Partner with global marketing teams
- Localise and regionalise campaigns while building dedicated regional programmes that reflect the nuances of your markets
- Deliver local, in-language programmes that adapt global campaigns for regional audiences — ensuring the right message, language, and timing for each market
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company, with hands-on experience across demand generation or growth marketing
- A genuine customer-first mindset — able to define clear business problems and translate them into relevant, high-impact programmes
- Demonstrable experience with AI tools as part of your AI Tech Stack — using them to work faster, personalise at scale, and iterate more effectively
- Passion for storytelling via social, community and digital ecosystems that deeply understand how different channels resonate with different audiences
- Able to use performance and customer data to set goals, make decisions, and demonstrate pipe
