Why this role matters
DACH-NL is one of our key markets in EMEA, with RCS and Network Powered solutions live across carriers. As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth and managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the DACH-NL region. With a quota tied to both margin growth and new business, your impact will be direct and measurable and your success will fuel Vonage's continued expansion across the region.
Your key responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving net new business and ensuring strong retention and expansion of existing customers
Develop and execute territory plans with a clear focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth for network-powered solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functions
Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and customers
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as a business owner for your territory
Represent Vonage at industry events and leverage your local network to accelerate new business opportunities
Contribute to regional planning and share market intelligence to support the broader EMEA sales strategy
What you'll bring
Required:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of new business development
Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market or Fortune 500 companies
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
Experience we consider a plus:
