THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for high-performing Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators to join our growing Sales team and help deliver a faster, more transparent home financing experience.
This is a high-volume, inbound sales role where you’ll work directly with motivated borrowers—no cold calling—guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You’ll also have the opportunity to share customer insights and help shape how we improve our product, processes, and overall borrower experience.
You’ll be equipped with:
- A steady flow of warm, pre-qualified inbound leads
- A dynamic lead engine with a high volume of customer opportunities
- Technology that simplifies and accelerates the loan process
- Dedicated support from operations, underwriting, and product teams
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Engage with warm transfer and inbound leads from homebuyers and refinancers
- Guide borrowers through loan options and help them make informed financial decisions
- Own your pipeline from consultation through lock and funding
- Maximize conversion rates across leads, locks, and funded loans
- Build strong relationships with borrowers and referral partners
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, underwriting, and product teams to ensure fast, smooth closings
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Active NMLS license in at least 3 states
- At least 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience
- Based in or able to work within the Troy, Michigan area
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, pricing, and regulatory guidelines
- Proven ability to convert leads and perform in a metrics-driven, high-volume sales environment
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
- High ownership mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Ability to think critically and navigate complex borrower scenarios
