Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative (SDR) with experience engaging international markets, particularly the US, UK, or Australian regions. As part of the global sales team, you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development to support our Account Executives in closing new business opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-driven, confident in communication, and experienced in B2B sales across Western markets.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
2. Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs.
3. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads in the US, UK, and Australian markets
4. Build relationships with prospects through consultative communication and follow-ups
5. Identify business needs and connect them with the right product or service offerings
6. Set qualified appointments or demos for the Account Executives
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
8. Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
9. Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report.
10. Conduct general administration tasks.
11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
12. Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business
• Development Representative (BDR), or Lead Generation Specialist
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail.
