Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
2. Manage multi-channel paid media operations, ensuring alignment with growth KPIs
3. Lead high-scale campaign tests and implement automation for optimization
4. Forecast budgets, manage pacing, and track ROI across all channels
5. Mentor and develop team members in campaign management and analysis
6. Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and business reporting systems
7. Monitor new technologies, privacy changes, and platform algorithms to guide the company’s paid media evolution
8. Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to senior management
9. Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms
10. Optimize campaigns to achieve target metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
11. Design and execute creative and audience tests to identify scalable tactics
12. Analyze campaign results, identify performance patterns, and refine strategies
13. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel allocations
14. Provide performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
15. Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align on creative and conversion goals
16. Assist in setting up and launching paid ad campaigns (audiences, budget, targeting, creatives)
17. Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly; flag anomalies or underperforming ads
18. Execute simple optimizations (pause poor performers, adjust bids, refresh creatives)
19. Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and copy
20. Generate basic campaign performance reports and track KPIs
21. Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices
22. Maintain organized campaign documentation and budget trackers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
