The Role
As Partner Solutions Architect, you are responsible for teaming with partners to deliver successful client outcomes in the Addepar implementations. This role will proactively work with partners to onboard, train, and support them to make them proficient and self-sufficient in leading Addepar implementations and successfully transitioning clients to Addepar Support. You are focused on identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for our clients’ businesses and working closely with our partners to design and build solutions to meet our shared clients’ needs. You have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, work collaboratively with internal teams and take ownership of our partners’ and clients’ success. Additionally, you’ll enable our Sales and Marketing departments by helping them fully understand the scope and capabilities of each implementation partner in our network. You’ll need to have a balance of broad technical experience, a passion for working with partners, strong organizational skills, and of the ability to identify and solve issues at the enterprise level.
Our ideal candidate has a history of providing a superior client experience directly in investment management or in enterprise software deployments of a related domain. A Partner Solutions Architect is given discretion over their projects and work schedule. They are expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar teams including our Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Product teams. They must possess a deep understanding of our target markets and the clients we serve. Ideal candidates also possess the technical skills to take a hands-on approach to instructing, learning, and developing the functions of our software.
