The Opportunity
Twin Health is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our presence in the mid-market employer segment. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers to bring Twin Health's Whole Person Digital Twin technology to self-insured employers with 1,000–10,000 employees across the Midwest and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their health plan or digital health career who is eager to own a territory, build meaningful partnerships, and help employers tackle rising chronic disease and GLP-1 costs with a proven, innovative solution.
Responsibilities
Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers/consultants who serve mid-market employers, keeping Twin Health top-of-mind when clients are looking to address metabolic health challenges.
Co-Selling: Join health plan AEs and broker partners on prospect calls to present Twin Health's solution, answer clinical and ROI questions, and help move deals forward.
Territory Management: Manage a pipeline of mid-market employer opportunities (1,000–10,000 lives) across your region, with a focus on the Illinois ma
