Powertrain Design Lead

• Lead the entire Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) powertrain department.

• Oversee the design, calibration, and validation of engines and transmissions.

• Ensure compliance with current and future emission norms (BS6, BS7/Euro 7).

• Manage engine development programs, supplier partnerships, and department budget.

• Expertise in engine design, calibration, and emission control systems.

• Strong understanding of engine and transmission manufacturing and testing.<
