About the Role

We're looking for a Principal Engineer to join our Platform team, which owns foundational services like CIAM, Authorization, Search, API Infrastructure — and the tools, frameworks, and developer experience improvements that power engineering at Juniper Square. You'll be the senior-most technical voice on the team, blending hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architectural ownership, and cross-functional influence.

What You'll Do

- Operates as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-impact initiatives; takes full ownership of project health, system design, and end-to-end delivery.

- Partners closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to clarify ambiguous requirements, map business goals to technical scopes, and manage dependencies.
