EarnIn’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Bengaluru, India-based Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations and serve as a key local partner for talent operations in the region. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality interview experience while also supporting onboarding, employee experience, and site-related initiatives in Bengaluru.

This is a highly visible, execution-focused role for someone who brings strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward independently. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of accountability and partners effectively with global and local stakeholders.

This position is hybrid from our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout), with an expectation of being onsite at least two days per week. EarnIn offers competitive compensation and benefits, determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and coordinate interview scheduling across the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and executive assistants.

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent, professional, and inclusive interview experience.

Manage interview logistics end-to-end, including availability collection, conflict resolution, and maintaining accurate candidate data in Greenhouse.

Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools and processes, driving efficiency and consistency in coordination workflows.

Serve as a local operational partner in Bengaluru, supporting onboarding logistics, employee experience initiatives, and site-based needs as required.

Partner with the local People Partner, IT, facilities, and vendors to support new hire onboarding, events, and day-to-day operational needs.

Support planning and execution of local events and engagements, including vendor coordination and swag ordering.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting and talent operations processes as the team and site continue to scale.
