Position Overview:

Ambient.ai is on a mission to prevent every security incident possible, and we’re looking for a RVP of Sales – East to lead the charge. Reporting directly to Jeff Huisman https://theorg.com/org/ambient-ai/org-chart/jeff-huisman, CRO, you will be a key architect of our growth, managing a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers. This role is for a natural leader who is as energized by developing people as they are by closing seven-figure deals with Fortune 100 customers. If you are an expert at scaling strategic sales processes and inspiring teams to win in a high-stakes market, we want to hear from you.

The impact you’ll make:

- Responsible for achieving revenue growth across all revenue channels for Ambient throughout the East Coast region

- Coach sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message) to ensure value is experienced quickly by prospects and customers

- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives

- Set clear sales targets and objectives, and continually assess and adjust the strategy as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals

- Responsible for recruitment and hiring top enterprise sales talent

- Delivers timely and accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team

- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical security industry

- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Ability to travel
