Reports To

Manager, Sales Compensation

What You Will Be Doing

Track variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly

Setup, activate, terminate new employees in Xactly

Maintain Quotas, Variables

Create and distribute Sales Compensation Plans to all sales employees

Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate commissions are paid out monthly

Submit monthly payroll for North America and Europe sales teams

Work with vendor to resolve errors

Updates Compensation training tools and policy documents

Draft, complete, and implement the Sales compensation plans, quotas, and management by objectives.

Complete monthly compensation reconciliation process and quarterly bonus payouts.

Support annual compensation review and planning process

Assist with the development and rollout of communication plan of compensation programs

Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile, correct, and verify payable opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience

Experience working with Xactly A MUST

Experience working with sales teams

Team player and self-motivated

Clearly communicates & set expectations

Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills

Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge to be able to interpret data and make recommendations (pivot tables, vlookup, Nested IF statements, etc)

Familiarity with Salesforce

Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly

Ability to articulate needs for process improvements
