About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst is a vital member of the company’s Revenue Operations team. Primary interactions will include the creation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts as requested by the Sales teams and other internal departments as required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Systems & Legal)
Create, edit, review and analyze sales quotes based on requests from Sales to ensure pricing policies and compliance guidelines are followed
Process Sales Orders to ensure swift delivery to the customer
Electronically file all contracts and related customer paperwork
Work with the business systems team on data cleanup projects
Assist with sales meetings’ related activities as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills Required
Experience supporting Sales in technology industry preferred
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com and/or NetSuite)
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment driven by deadlines
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Sales Processes and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
