LogicMonitor's Professional Services team partners with global enterprises to monitor and optimize their digital experience. As a Scripting Specialist, you will be central to helping customers build, configure, and maintain synthetic monitoring scripts that accurately reflect real user journeys and you will proactively monitor customer environments to identify and triage issues before they impact end users.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Build and maintain synthetic user journey scripts for customers using Selenium, Playwright and JavaScript

Triage and resolve script failures, alert noise, and monitoring gaps in customer environments

Proactively monitor customer alerting data to identify performance degradations and anomalies

Integrate monitoring workflows with customer toolchains using REST APIs

Work as an extension of the customer's team for ad-hoc scripting, testing, and analysis

Collaborate with Engineering to identify and escalate product defects

Contribute to internal knowledge base, documentation, and scripting best practices

Manage customer expectations and communicate clearly during incidents and escalations
