Job Title: Midlevel Java Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in building and scaling enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. In this role, you will own end-to-end system architecture, lead a team of developers, and drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enforce best practices, and ensure seamless delivery of robust, secure, and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications: BTech/MTech/MCA/Degree in Computer Science

Experience: 7+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot

● Define and own system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

● Design and implement microservices-based architecture and RESTful APIs

● Break down business requirements into technical solutions and actionable tasks

● Lead, mentor, and guide development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

● Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex architectural challenges

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Infra)

● Ensure end-to-end delivery from design to production with high quality

● Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management

● Ensure system security, performance optimization, and observability (logging, monitoring)

Preferred Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience in Java (7+ years) with deep expertise in Spring Boot ecosystem

· Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture

· Experience with Spring modules (Security, Data, Cloud, MVC)

· Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) and data modeling

· Hands-on with event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis)

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

· Strong knowledge of API design, security (OAuth2/JWT), and system integration

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps practices

· Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
