POSITION SUMMARY

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and evolve the continuous delivery pipelines and Kubernetes-based infrastructure that power our microservices. As a bridge between Developer Experience and Core Infrastructure, you will be a domain expert who strengthens the deployment lifecycle, with a focus on ArgoCD, GitOps workflows, and Kubernetes orchestration. You will deliver impactful solutions that simplify infrastructure complexity for developers, enabling them to ship high-quality, scalable code to production more efficiently.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, contribute to technical strategy through thoughtful design and implementation, and advocate for tooling that improves both engineering velocity and system stability. You will balance short-term deliverables with long-term maintainability and resilience. This position will be hybrid, based in our Bengaluru office, as part of our expanding site. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design, implement, and maintain scalable GitOps workflows with Argo CD and Kubernetes that span the entire software development lifecycle, from commit to production.

Design and implement GitHub Actions to orchestrate complex CI workflows, including writing custom actions and managing reusable workflows that support a diverse set of languages and frameworks.

Partner with product engineering and developer productivity teams to ensure seamless integration of Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling, acting as a bridge to translate developer friction points into infrastructure improvements.

Build reusable automation tools and templates (in Go or Python) to abstract away the complexities of Helm and Kustomize, enabling development teams to self-serve their infrastructure needs.

Keep the deployment platform aligned with evolving industry standards to reduce operational toil and fragmentation.
