We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own how our AI-first supply chain platform looks, feels, and tells stories through data.

Lyric is a decision-intelligence platform for the supply chain. Teams use Lyric Studio to solve genuinely hard problems — inventory planning, network design, order forensics, transportation optimization — with ML and mathematical optimization under the hood. Your job is to make all of that complexity feel simple, coherent, and powerful.

This is a high-ownership seat on a deliberately lean, growing design team. You'll drive work end-to-end and bring a point of view — not wait to be handed tasks or asked to pick between three versions.

🧩 WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the look and feel. Drive the platform's visual experience, with a primary focus on dashboards, widgets, and data visualizations — how they work, how they're configured, and how they communicate.

- Tell stories with data. Turn complex, data-heavy workflows into clear stories. Know when a metric wants a donut, a bar, or both — and always tie the visual back to the business outcome it serves.
