The Opportunity...

Commvault is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver the next generation of data protection for modern cloud database and AI workloads. In this role, you’ll drive product strategy, direction, and execution for Commvault data protection solutions that safeguard cloud AI platforms and services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone and others), and NoSQL databases across on-prem and public cloud environments.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and cloud/technology partners to turn customer problems into differentiated roadmap outcomes—shipping capabilities that improve resiliency, recovery performance, security, and operational simplicity. This is a hands-on role for a product leader who can dive deep into cloud architectures and database internals, move fast, and consistently deliver.

What You'll Do...

Product Vision

Define and drive product strategy, direction, and a multi-release roadmap for protecting:

Cloud AI platforms and services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and emerging managed AI services)

Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, pgvector)

NoSQL databases across on-prem and cloud (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB) and other modern data services

Identify new opportunities driven by GenAI/ML adoption, vector search, and modern cloud architectures—and translate them into shipped product outcomes

Turn customer needs, field feedback, and partner requirements into clear, differentiated capabilities and crisp PRDs/user stories

Lead Product Execution

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement—delivering roadmap commitments with an agile mindset
