REQUIREMENTS:

Total Experience 9+ years

Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.

Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes.

Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.

Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.

Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices.

Experience leading Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and production support activities.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues.

Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.

Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments.

Workday HCM Certification is preferred.

Experience supporting global HR processes and enterprise-scale Workday environments is a plus.

Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap.

Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.

Lead the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and support of Workday HCM modules.

Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday HCM and related HR business processes

Configure and support Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Organization Management, and other Workday functional modules.

Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to gather requirements and design effective Workday solutions.

Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to maximize Workday capabilities and operational efficiency.

Ensure Workday configurations align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.

Lead Workday release management activities, including impact assessments, testing, validation, and deployment support.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional, configuration, and system-related issues.

Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, configuration documents, test plans, process flows, and user guides.

Monitor new Workday features and recommend adoption of relevant functionality and best practices.

Manage multiple Workday projects, enhancements, and support activities while ensuring timely delivery.
